Rick Moran at Invis worked miracles when it came to getting
us out of a mortgage nightmare. We had purchased a new house
through a rent to own program. However, we were not told that
there would be a second mortgage pegged at 15%. Rick was able
to get us out of this financial mess and renegotiate a new variable
rate mortgage with the Toronto Dominion Bank. We saved $600
